Shipping Policy

AATASIA MOBILITY SDN BHD will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery timeframe.

However, AATASIA MOBILITY SDN BHD is not responsible for any delays or damages that may result from shipping or delivery. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must obtain prior authorization from AATASIA MOBILITY SDN BHD.

  • You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with the return.

AATASIA MOBILITY SDN BHD reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
